Your license costs money just to keep.
MLS dues, association dues, and brokerage fees add up every year, even when you're barely selling.
You're paying to hold a license that isn't paying you.
California referral-only brokerage · DRE #01924589
Every year, someone in your life buys or sells a home. Become a By-Referral Professional with RealAgently. Make one introduction and earn a referral fee when the deal closes. You don't show houses, you don't sell anything, and you keep your day job.
Your license, put to work.
The problem
Someone asks if you know a good agent. You give a name. The agent earns a five-figure commission. You get a thank-you text.
MLS dues, association dues, and brokerage fees add up every year, even when you're barely selling.
You're paying to hold a license that isn't paying you.
Every mortgage protection policy you write starts with a home purchase. The homeowners you protect have friends, family, and coworkers who are buying and selling too. Right now, someone else gets paid for those introductions.
You earned the trust. Someone else gets paid for it.
Overtime runs out, the season ends, and a second job costs you your evenings and weekends.
You need income that doesn't take more hours.
The relationship is yours. The payday should be too.
RealAgently is a brokerage licensed by the California Department of Real Estate and built only for referrals. We hold your license, connect your contacts with vetted agents, and pay you when the deal closes. Your job is to make the introduction.
Already licensed? Move your license to RealAgently through DRE eLicensing and you're ready this week. Not licensed yet? Our licensing division, iCREA Academy, gets you started with discounted online classes.
When someone you know is buying or selling, submit the referral. Sal Torres, Broker, with 26 years in real estate, calls your client personally, then pairs them with the right agent: a fit for their goals and a member of the National Association of REALTORS®. The referral agreement is signed before anyone is introduced.
The referral fee is paid to RealAgently through escrow, and we pay out your share. No showings, no paperwork, no deadlines for you.

The proof is in the math
Set the sliders to a home someone in your life might buy or sell this year.
Example only, not a promise of income. Referral fees are paid to RealAgently and your share is paid to you under your independent contractor agreement. Actual amounts depend on the sale price, the commission, and the written referral agreement.
Who it's for
Your referral share
You keep a share of every referral fee RealAgently collects. Close more referrals and your share goes up. It never goes back down.
10 lifetime closings: your next year of Inner Circle membership is on us.
Top Referrer of the Year: recognized at our annual VIP event.
*Example: $650,000 sale, 2.5% commission ($16,250), 25% referral fee ($4,062.50). Closed referrals count over your whole membership and never reset. Your share applies to the fee actually collected at closing. Levels are set in your independent contractor agreement.

Questions
California only allows real estate referral fees to be paid to licensed real estate licensees through their broker. If you're not licensed yet, joining RealAgently starts you on that path. Our licensing division, iCREA Academy, supports you through discounted online classes from our affiliate partners, the state exam, and your application. You start earning once your license is issued and placed with us.
No. Insurance and real estate are separate licenses in California. Your client relationships are a big advantage, though. The homeowners you protect with mortgage protection policies know people who are buying and selling. Once you add a real estate license, those introductions earn you referral fees.
No. You only refer and never list or show property, so RealAgently doesn't require MLS or association membership.
Neither plan has a start-up fee. Founding Membership is $97 a year. It keeps your license with RealAgently and covers referral agreements, agent matching, and payout tracking. Inner Circle is $247 a year and adds online training, networking events, team outings, and pop-up VIP events. Not licensed yet? Enroll with iCREA Academy and receive a $150 Scholarship Rebate on your first year of Inner Circle, so it costs $97. Founding members keep their price on either plan for as long as they stay members. Every fee is listed in your independent contractor agreement. If you're getting licensed, members get discounted pre-license classes through our affiliate partners, with iCREA Academy support. Course, exam, and DRE license fees are paid separately to those providers.
RealAgently collects a referral fee from the receiving agent, usually 25% of their commission, and you keep a share of it: 65% at Level 1, 75% at Level 2, and 85% at Level 3. Founding members start at Level 1, and Inner Circle members start at Level 2. Your level goes up as you close referrals and never resets.
Full refund within 7 days of joining, as long as your license hasn't been transferred to RealAgently yet. After that, membership fees are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to stop your next renewal.
Only if you choose it. RealAgently founder Sal Torres also runs NextHome CREA, a full-service brokerage. You can name any agent you trust, or we'll match your client with the best agent for their area. If we ever suggest an agent connected to RealAgently, we'll tell you first, and the choice is yours.
Yes. We connect your contacts with licensed agents in any state, and the receiving brokerage pays the referral fee to RealAgently at closing.
Yes. Our sister company, RealBrokerly, gives licensed agents a path and ongoing support to open their own California real estate company. Visit RealBrokerly.com for details.
Barely. A referral is a short form and an introduction. The receiving agent handles everything after that.
Your smartest move today
Choose Founding Membership or the Inner Circle, with no start-up fee. It takes about two minutes. The next time someone asks if you know a good agent, you'll get paid for the answer.
