How RealAgently handles your information and the terms that apply when you use our website or become a member.
Privacy policy

RealAgently ("we," "us") is a California real estate brokerage, DRE #01924589. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, plan choice, licensing status, and anything you write in a form.
- Referral information members submit: a client's name, contact details, city, and whether they are buying or selling, shared with that client's permission.
- Information collected automatically: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you arrived at our site, through cookies and analytics tools.
How we use it
- To respond to you, process your membership, and place your license with RealAgently.
- To match referred clients with licensed agents and track referrals through closing and payout.
- To send account notices, renewal reminders, and, with your permission, news about training and events.
- To improve our website and meet legal and licensing requirements.
Who we share it with
- Licensed agents and brokerages who receive a referral, limited to what they need to serve the client.
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as scheduling, email, payment, and analytics providers.
- Government agencies, including the California Department of Real Estate, when required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
- You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep under real estate law.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
- Your browser may send a "Do Not Track" signal. Our site does not currently respond to it, but you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. We keep records as long as needed to serve you and as long as California real estate law requires brokerages to keep transaction records.
Children
Our website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above and post the new version on this page.
Terms of use

By using the RealAgently website, you agree to these terms. Membership is governed by the RealAgently independent contractor agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Who can earn referral fees
Real estate referral fees are paid only to licensed real estate licensees at RealAgently or through their broker under written agreements, as required by California law. Visitors who are not licensed cannot receive referral fees until they hold an active California real estate license placed with RealAgently.
No guarantee of income
Earnings examples and calculators on this site are illustrations, not promises. Actual referral income depends on whether a referral closes, the sale price, the commission, the referral fee collected, and your membership level.
Information on this site
Content on this site is general information, not legal, tax, or financial advice. Licensing requirements, course details, and fees can change. Check current requirements with the California Department of Real Estate.
Third-party sites
Our site links to other websites, such as RealBrokerly, iCREA Academy partners, Calendly, and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, RealAgently is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Membership, renewal, and refunds
- Plans: Founding Membership is $97 a year (launch price, locked for as long as you stay a member). Inner Circle is $247 a year. Neither plan has a start-up fee.
- When membership starts: You sign your independent contractor agreement and pay in the same step. Your membership starts when your payment is received.
- Automatic renewal: Membership renews each year at the then-current price unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime to stop your next renewal.
- 7-day refund window: You can get a full refund within 7 days of joining, as long as your license has not been transferred to RealAgently. After that, membership fees are non-refundable.
