I got my real estate license in 2000. Since then, my work has spanned real estate, mortgages, and financial advising, so I understand every side of a move: guiding buyers through a home purchase, listing homes for sale, and running the marketing it takes to maximize exposure and reach the right buyer. I learned the business one transaction and one relationship at a time, and earned my broker's license along the way.
Through my other company, RealBrokerly, I serve as Broker of Record for agents and entrepreneurs opening their own real estate companies in California. That work put me in front of a lot of licensees, and I kept seeing the same thing. Good people were letting their licenses sit unused, or paying dues every year for a career they'd stepped away from. Meanwhile, the friends and families who trusted them were buying and selling homes, and someone else was getting paid for it.
Every referral gets a personal call from me.
With 26 years in real estate, I'll honor the trust your client placed in you, learn what they need, and pair them with the right agent: a fit for their goals and a member of the National Association of REALTORS®.
The relationship was theirs. The paycheck wasn't. RealAgently exists to fix that.
So I built a brokerage that does one thing well: it makes referrals simple, legal, and paid. If you're licensed, you can start right away. If you're a teacher, a parent, an insurance agent, or someone working in the trades, iCREA Academy will guide you to your license, step by step, with discounted online classes.
