Who qualifies

You'll need either:

Path B roadmap

From "I'm curious" to your first referral check.

California only pays real estate referral fees to licensees, so the license is your ticket in. You don't need to sell homes after you earn it. You only need it to get paid for introductions. We'll be with you at every step.

iCREA Academy is RealAgently's class and licensing division. Members get discounted classes through our affiliate partners. Course, exam, fingerprinting, and DRE license fees are paid to those providers and are separate from your RealAgently membership.

Before you book.

Is the call really free?

Yes. The call is free and there's no obligation to join. Once your license is with us, choose Founding Membership ($97 a year, locked at launch pricing) or Inner Circle ($247 a year, with training, networking events, team outings, and VIP pop-ups). Every fee is listed in your independent contractor agreement. Full refund within 7 days of joining, as long as your license hasn't been transferred to RealAgently yet. After that, membership fees are non-refundable.

What is the iCREA Academy Scholarship Rebate?

If you're not licensed yet and enroll in your licensing classes with iCREA Academy, you receive a $150 Scholarship Rebate on your first year of Inner Circle once you're licensed and join RealAgently. That brings your first year to $97.

Do I have to sell homes after I get licensed?

No. As a By-Referral Professional, you only make introductions. The receiving agent handles showings, contracts, and closing.

Can I keep my current job?

Yes. Most members keep their full-time job. Referring takes minutes, not hours.

I'm a life insurance agent. Can I start right away?

You'll need a California real estate license first, since insurance and real estate licenses are separate. iCREA Academy can get you started with discounted online classes. Book a call and we'll map out Path B for you.
